I hope you love your order, but if for some reason they are not as expected, please get in touch at email@example.com straight away so I can rectify this. Any return requests must be received with 7 days of delivery date. You will be eligible for any return costs, unless the item is damaged. You will be eligible for any return postage costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please ensure you take pictures of the box and packaging so that I can raise a claim with my courier. I am happy to replace damaged items and will send a replacement as soon as possible. You may be asked to return your damaged goods, and will be sent a returns label.
To start a return, you can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted I will then send you instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders cannot be returned, unless you feel they are significantly different to what has been agreed/described. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a custom order so that I can rectify this.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
